Catalog Number: (76483-378)
Supplier: AAT BIOQUEST INC
Description: Zinquin AM ester is a lipophilic, zinc-sensitive, cell-permeable fluorescent probe.

Catalog Number: (89139-168)
Supplier: Biotium
Description: Dimethyl BAPTA AM ester is a membrane permeable form of Dimethyl BAPTA that can be loaded into cells by incubation. Dimethyl BAPTA AM ester itself does not bind calcium, but once inside the cell is converted into Dimethyl BAPTA by cytoplasmic esterases.

Catalog Number: (89139-164)
Supplier: Biotium
Description: Difluoro BAPTA AM ester is a membrane permeable form of Difluoro BAPTA that can be loaded into cells by incubation. Difluoro BAPTA AM ester itself does not bind calcium, but once inside the cell is converted into Difluoro BAPTA by cytoplasmic esterases. See #50006 for information on Difluoro BAPTA.

Catalog Number: (76484-236)
Supplier: AAT BIOQUEST INC
Description: OG488 BAPTA -1 AM is the same molecule of Oregon Green 488 BAPTA-1 AM ester.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: Calcein AM is a widely used green fluorescent cell marker. Calcein AM is membrane-permeant and thus can be introduced into cells via incubation.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: Membrane-permeant form of Rhod-2 that can be loaded into cells via incubation. Because of the relatively low water solubility of the AM ester, the mild detergent Pluronic F-127 is often used as a dispersing agent to facilitate dye loading. Rhod-2-AM itself does not bind Ca2+ , but it is readily hydrolyzed to Rhod-2 by endogenous esterases once it enters cells.

Catalog Number: (76485-142)
Supplier: AAT BIOQUEST INC
Description: Calcein AM is one the most popular fluorescent probes used for labeling and monitoring cellular functions of live cells.

Supplier: AAT BIOQUEST INC
Description: Although Fura-2 has become the preferred excitation-ratioable calcium indicator of choice, it has certain limitations (e.g., lower sensitivity than single wavelength calcium indicators such as Fluo-8® and Cal-520®).

Catalog Number: (75845-654)
Supplier: Biotium
Description: Membrane-permeant form of Fluo-4 calcium indicator.

SDS

Catalog Number: (89139-472)
Supplier: Biotium
Description: Calcein AM is a widely used green fluorescent cell marker. Calcein AM is membrane-permeant and thus can be introduced into cells via incubation.

Catalog Number: (76485-216)
Supplier: AAT BIOQUEST INC
Description: Intracellular pH plays an important modulating role in many cellular events, including cell growth, calcium regulation, enzymatic activity, receptor-mediated signal transduction, ion transport, endocytosis, chemotaxis, cell adhesion and other cellular processes.

Supplier: AAT BIOQUEST INC
Description: Calcein AM readily passes through the cell membrane of viable cells because of its enhanced hydrophobicity as compared to calcein.

Supplier: Adipogen
Description: Ca2+-indicator fluo-3 for use with visible-light excitation sources in flow cytometry and confocal laser-scanning microscopy. Since about 1996, fluo-3 has also been extensively used in cell-based high-throughput screening assays for drug discovery. Fluo-3 AM is essentially nonfluorescent until it is hydrolyzed intracellularly and/or in the presence of Ca2+. The green-fluorescent emission (~525 nm) of Ca2+-bound fluo-3 is conventionally detected using optical filter sets designed for fluorescein (FITC). As prepared by Minta, Kao and Tsien, fluo-3 was originally reported to undergo an ~40-fold increase in fluorescence upon binding Ca2+.

Catalog Number: (103011-396)
Supplier: Anaspec Inc
Description: Calcein, AM is a cell-permeant and non-fluorescent compound that is widely used for determining cell viability

Catalog Number: (AAJ65155-MA)
Supplier: Thermo Scientific Chemicals
Description: A retinoid derivative used for gene expression studies of leukemia-retinoic acid receptor (PHL-RAR) cell line
