Catalog Number: (89138-176)
Supplier: Biotium
Description: reacts with nitric oxide (NO) to form a red (em > 580 nm) fluorescent precipitate. DAA probe has been used to detect NO concentration in rat retinas after injury to the optic nerve.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: with the green fluorescent dye CF488A. CF488A is a superior alternative to FITC (or fluorescein) due to its exceptional brightness and photostability. CF488A is comparably bright and photostable to Alexa Fluor 488, and more specific.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: with an orange-red fluorescent dye CF555, one of an outstanding series of CF dyes developed by Biotium. CF dyes are superior for antibody labeling by having combined advantages in brightness, photostability, and specificity.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: Kits to detect live and dead bacteria, and perform Gram stain using fluorescent wheat germ agglutinin (WGA) conjugate.
Supplier: Biotium
Description: Lumitein™ is a luminescent dye designed for detecting proteins in SDS polyacrylamide (SDS-PAGE) gels. It can also be used to detect proteins in native PAGE gels after an additional SDS incubation step. The stain combines excellent sensitivity, exceptional user-friendliness and compatibility with common instruments and downstream analysis.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: is prepared by labeling affinity purified IgG (H+L) w/far-red fluorescent dye CF647, one of a series of CF dyes developed by Biotium. CF dyes are superior for antibody labeling by having combined advantages in brightness, photostability & specificity.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: is prepared by labeling affinity purified IgG (H+L) with an orange-red fluorescent dye CF555, one of an outst&ing series of CF dyes developed by Biotium. CF dyes are superior for antibody labeling by having combined advantages in brightness, photostability, & specificity.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: was conjugated to biotin. Useful for three step labelings with conjugated streptavidins or avidins.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: NucView® 488 Caspase-3 substrate kits for real-time apoptosis monitoring in live cells are bundled with the NucView® caspase-3 substrate and various apoptosis or necrosis markers for convenient multi-color experiments.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: A qPCR master mix containing Evagreen® qPCR dye and Cheetah™ Taq hotstart DNA polymerase, suitable for qPCR using a fast cycling protocol.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: Ethidium Homodimer, first developed by Dr. Le Pecq and his colleagues, is a high-affinity fluorescent nucleic acid stain. It binds to both DNA and RNA in a sequence-independent manner and with a >30-fold fluorescence enhancement. The DNA binding of each Ethidium Homodimer covers four base pairs and is believed to occur by intercalation. Because the dye is highly positively charged, it cannot cross cell membranes to stain living cells. It is useful for detecting nucleic acids in solution, or for selectively staining dead cells with damaged plasma membranes.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: This conjugate is prepared by labeling F(ab’)2 fragment of goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) with CF™647 dye. CF™ dyes offer advantages in brightness, photostability, and specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Far-red fluorescent CF™647 (Ex/Em 650/665 nm) is brighter than Cy®5 and an excellent alternative to Alexa Fluor® 647 for antibody conjugates.

Alexa Fluor® is a registered trademark of Thermo Fisher Scientific. Cy®5 is a registered trademark of GE Healthcare.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: is prepared by labeling IgG with CF568, a red fluorescent dye with an excitation spectrum optimal for the 568 nm laser line. Antibody conjugates of the dye are brighter & more photostable than those of Alexa Fluor 568, making CF568 a better choice for demanding applications.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: with our near-IR fluorescent dye CF680. CF680 is brighter than other spectrally similar dyes and have by far the best signal-to-noise ratio than antibody conjugates prepared from other spectrally similar dyes.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: with CF660C. CF660C can still be sufficiently excited by the 633/635 nm laser with emission at 685 nm. CF660C is several fold brighter and significantly more photostable than Alexa Fluor 660.
