Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Description: Orange 552 dUTP (5-TAMRA-dUTP) can replace TTP in reactions in which it serves as a substrate for E. coli DNA polymerase (holoenzyme and Klenow fragment), T4 and Taq DNA polymerases, reverse transcriptase (from AMV and M-MuLV) and terminal transferase. Fluorescently labeled probes can be prepared with this fluorescent nucleotide by a variety of methods including nick translation, cDNA labeling and 3’-end labeling. Probes generated by these methods are suitable for use for the identification of specific sequences by in situ hybridization procedures on fixed cells and tissues by direct fluorescence detection. Orange 552 dUTP can also be used for multicolor fluorescence labeling.

Catalog Number: (10750-528)
Supplier: Prosci
Description: PTER Antibody: PTER is a mammalian homolog to bacterial phosphotriesterases, enzymes that hydrolyze phosphotriester-containing organophosphate pesticides. It is expressed primarily in the proximal renal tubules and the gene has been localized in humans to chromosomal band 10p12 by in situ hybridization. PTER, in addition to FTO, MC4R, and NPC1 has recently been shown to be a new risk loci for early-onset and morbid adult obesity in European populations. At least two isoforms of PTER are known to exist.

Supplier: VWR International
Description: VWR® Buffer Powder Packs can save time and money, as there is no need to measure and weight many separate chemical components which is required when making buffers from scratch.

Catalog Number: (10413-734)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: The protein encoded by this gene is a transforming protein that is related to Rho-specific exchange factors and yeast cell cycle regulators. The expression of this gene is elevated with the onset of DNA synthesis and remains elevated during G2 and M phases. In situ hybridization analysis showed that expression is at a high level in cells undergoing mitosis in regenerating liver. Thus, this protein is expressed in a cell cycle-dependent manner during liver regeneration, and is thought to have an important role in the regulation of cytokinesis. [provided by RefSeq].

Supplier: Lucigen
Description: The NxGen® T4 DNA Ligases from LGC Biosearch (Lucigen) come in a range of highly pure grades specifically for next-generation sequencing (NGS). This enzyme catalyses the formation of a phosphodiester bond between the terminal 5′ phosphate and 3′ hydroxyl groups of duplex DNA or RNA and efficiently joins blunt and cohesive ends, and repairs single stranded nicks in duplex DNA, RNA, or DNA/RNA hybrids.

Description: CCDC106 Antibody: The coiled-coil domain is a common protein motif that is often involved in protein oligomerization and is found in proteins such as transcription factors and intermediate filaments. CCDC106 was initially identified as a p53-interacting protein by yeast two-hybrid screening. Other experiments demonstrated that CCDC106 co-localizes and interacts with p53 in the nucleus, inhibiting the transcriptional activity of p53 and stimulating p53 protein degradation, indicating that at least one of the functions of CCDC106 is acting as a negative regulator of p53.

Description: SH3RF2 Antibody: Although the SH3 domain containing ring finger 2 protein (SH3RF2) has been identified as a marker of the nucleus accumbens in the human brain, little is known about this protein. Recent yeast two-hybrid experiments have shown that SH3RF2 associates with protein phosphatase 1 (PP1) and is expressed primarily in heart and testis tissue. Recombinant SH3RF2 enhanced PP1 enzymatic activity and antagonized the ability of phopho-inhibitor-1 or -2 to inhibit PP1, suggesting that SH3RF2 may play a role working with PP1 in cardiac functions.

Description: P73 protein is a structural and functional homologue of p53, a tumor suppressor gene. In this study, The p73 protein, p19ras, by the yeast two-hybrid screening method. Alternative splicing of the proto-oncogene H-ras pre-mRNA has led to two distinct transcripts, Ras proteins are known to be small membrane-localized guanine nucleotide-binding proteins. However, unlike other Ras proteins, p19ras is localized in the nucleus and the cytosol and its interaction with P73 protein occurred exclusively in the nucleus. Oncogenic MDM2 (mouse double minutes 2) is a known repressor of p73 transcriptional activity. In this study, when p19ras was bound to MDM2, it further inhibited the association of MDM2 to the p73 protein. Therefore, this study presents a novel pathway of Ras signaling that occurs in the nucleus, involving p19ras and p73.
