PhosphaGLO Reserve AP Substrate, SeraCare
Supplier: KPL
PhosphaGLO Reserve AP Substrate is the chemiluminescent substrate of choice when greatest senstivity is required for detection of alkaline-phosphatase (AP) in Western blotting or ELISA
The protocol is easy-to-follow; simply add to microwell or blot and detect within minutes. In blotting applications PhosphaGLO Substrate is compatible with either film or chemiluminescent imager.
It offers excellent sensitivity with detection in the femtogram range. This ready-to-use substrate requires no special blocking solutions. Long glow times last up to five days, allowing for repeated exposures (Western Blot) or luminosity readings (ELISA). The substrate is stable for two years at refrigerated temperature; no need to be concerned about rapidly degrading substrates.
