High Pressure Single-Syringe Pumps, Aladdin
Pumps Syringe Pumps
Aladdin High Pressure Single Syringe Pump is often used in research where precise, controlled delivery of fluids at elevated pressures is required. High-pressure syringe pumps can be used in chemical synthesis processes requiring precise control over the addition of reagents. This is especially important in reactions that occur under high pressures, such as certain types of catalytic reactions or polymerization processes.

  • Infusion rates from 1.733 µl/hr (1 ml syringe) to 340.6 ml/min (140 ml syringe)
  • Easy-to-use keypad interface
  • Space Saving Chassis: Foot print size of only 11 1/4×6 1/8"
  • Won't take up unnecessary space on your laboratory or production bench
  • Includes all the advanced functions and programming features of the Aladdin series

These high pressure Aladdin pumps hold a single syringe up to 140 ml (a 200 ml syringe partly filled). They can infuse from 1.733 µl/hr with a 1 ml syringe up to 340.6 ml/min with a 140 ml syringe. With all the advanced function and programming features of the Aladdin series of syringe pumps, you can choose between 100 lbs. (AL-1000HP) and 200 lbs.(AL-10000HP2) force.

High-pressure syringe pumps can also be utilized in biological and biochemical research for controlled delivery of solutions, such as high-pressure cell lysis, protein folding studies, or studies involving high-pressure biophysical techniques. Researchers studying catalysis, especially those focusing on heterogeneous catalysis, may use high-pressure syringe pumps to deliver reactants at controlled rates and pressures. This is important for understanding and optimizing catalytic processes. In microfluidics research, where small volumes of fluids are manipulated, high-pressure syringe pumps can be used to precisely control the flow of fluids through microchannels and devices.
