Ideal for ISO Class 8 to ISO Class 4 (FED-STD-209E Class 100,000/M6.5 to Class 10/M2.5) applications and for pharmacies seeking to comply with USP 797 requirements

The Active Channel Technology (ACT!) allows adjustment of the insert channel of the modular frame for different sizes of solid inserts, from 0.3–1cm (1/83/8”). The ACT! design also creates a snug interior mounting of the insert that is flush with the frame, making the assembled wall easy to keep clean. System can be designed as a single-pass cleanroom or as a recirculating design with air-chase walls and ceiling plenum.

The SIS-797 system comes as a complete enclosure system or as a wall system to divide existing space. System comes with an optional integrated ceiling system in factory-assembled modules for fast and simple construction.

This modular system with easy-to-clean interior walls can be configured to fit existing space, a critical factor for users who want to maintain their compounding operations in their current facilities.

Información para pedidos: System includes ceiling tiles; 0.3–1.2x2.1m (1–4x7') swing door; Class 100 T-8 energy efficient, 100% sealed cleanroom lights; and fan-powered HEPA filter units rated ISO Class 5 (FED-STD-209E Class 100/M3.5) that are 99.99% efficient on particles of 0.3µm or larger. Standard height is 2.4m (8'). Cleanroom can be fitted for wall panel inserts of ABS composite, polycarbonate, white epoxy aluminum, acrylic, tempered glass, or other materials.
