Filters Syringe Filters
LabExact® disposable non sterile PTFE hydrophobic filtration media syringe filters are inherently hydrophobic; both hydrophobic and hydrophilic syringe filters are ideal for the filtration of nonpolar liquids and gases and are very resistant to solvents as well as acids or bases.

  • Excellent chemical compatibility for filtering harsh chemicals that destroy other membrane materials
  • Use for filtering and de-gassing chromatography solvents or filtering viscous organic-based HPLC samples
  • Ideal for aerosol sampling and can be used as a moisture barrier for venting applications and vacuum pump line protection
  • After pre-wetting with alcohol, may be used for fine particle removal of aqueous and mild organic solutions in Ion Chromatography and made more hydrophilic by flushing with alcohol, followed by water
  • Excellent chemical compatibility for filtering harsh chemicals that destroy other membrane materials
  • Use for filtering and de-gassing chromatography solvents or filtering viscous organic-based HPLC samples and ideal for aerosol sampling

All syringes feature Luer-Lok™ and pressure fitting and are ultrasonically bonded for reliability. Filter media type is clearly inscribed on barrel. Excellent unit-to-unit and lot-to-lot reproducibility and consistency. The concentric funnel shaped barrel increases volume and decreases back pressure while permitting optimal utilization of small sample volumes.
