The beads in the pre-packed resin have an average diameter of 40 µm. This small size provides excellent mechanical stability. The PureCube NTA agarose resin is packed into our PureCube Compact Cartridge. The Compact Cartridge is compatible with the most commonly used FPLC systems like ÄKTA. Since the affinity of an NTA-metal-ion-complex depends on the loaded metal ion, we offer NTA agarose resin uncoupled to any metal ion in case we do not offer your desired NTA and metal ion combination. Through our coupling protocol, you can, in turn, attach your desired metal ions to the agarose beads.
