Red Taq DNA Polymerase master mixes are a good alternative to VWR® Taq DNA Polymerase. The inert red dye and stabilizer are extra features, which allow direct loading onto your agarose gel for analysis.
The Red Taq DNA Polymerase master mixes offer reduced set-up time and eliminate the risk of contamination of reaction components. Fewer handling steps lead to better reproducibility, which makes master mixes suitable for standard PCR applications, screening and high-throughput testing.
Red Taq DNA Polymerase Master Mix is a ready-to-use 1.1X or 2X reaction mix. Simply add primers, template, and water to carry out primer extensions and other molecular biology applications.
Long term storage at -20 °C. Product expiry at -20 °C is stated on the label. Optional: Store at +4 °C for up to 6 months.
VWR® Red Taq DNA Polymerase 1.1X and 2X master mixes are available in two final MgCl2 concentrations: 1.5 mM and 2 mM.
