Tris buffered saline is suitable for multiple applications including biological diluent buffer for antibodies or other biologics. Application Note: This product is a 1X working solution. 1X Tris Buffered Saline consists of 0.1M Tris HCl and 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.8, meticulously prepared using ultra pure reagents dissolved in pharmaceutical grade water (WFI).
