Biosafety Level 2: Cells contain adenovirus. Biosafety classification is based on U.S. Public Health Service Guidelines, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their facilities comply with biosafety regulations for their own country.

293-ES cells are derived from the human embryonic kidney HEK 293 cell line. 293-ES cells are adapted for suspension culture in ESF SFM and are available as a frozen vial or suspension culture.

The availability of pre-adapted cells saves significant time and expense associated with the adaptation of cultures.
