ICHTHAMMOL, USP is also known as ammonium bituminosulfonate or ammonium bituminosulphonate. It is primarily used in medicine to treat certain skin diseases like psoriasis and eczema. The USP grade indicates it is graded suitable for personal care, cosmetic and pharmaceutical applications.
