It is useful for rapid production of TMS derivatives of polar compounds for gas chromatographic determination and biochemical synthesis. Ideal for GC determinations of sugars, alcohols, phenols, steroids, sterols, Bile acids and other organic acids and some amines.
For the optimal conversion of organic hydroxyl and polyhydroxyl compounds into TMS ethers. Derivatizes carbohydrates, phenols, steroids, sterols, organic acids, alcohols and some amines. Versatility, speed and ease of use of Tri-Suil HTP Reagent has made it the most widely used silylation formulation.
