Mesenchymal Stem Cells, Lifeline Cell Technology
Supplier: Lifeline Cell Technology
Lifeline® Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells are characterized by flow cytometry to ensure the proper expression of multiple markers of mesenchymal stem cells.
- Characterized by flow cytometry
- May be differentiated down the typical mesenchymal lineages
- May also be differentiated down chondrogenic and osteogenic lineages
Lifeline® Normal Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells-Wharton's Jelly are isolated from the Wharton's Jelly of human umbilical cord
Mesenchymal Stem Cells (Wharton's Jelly, Adult, Bone Marrow) can be expanded in an undifferentiated state, and may be differentiated down the typical mesenchymal lineages, such as adipogenic, chondrogenic and osteogenic. Lifeline® normal Human Pre-Adipocyte Cells can be expanded in an undifferentiated state for future differentiation to mature Adipocytes. Lifeline® Human Pre-Adipocytes may also be differentiated down chondrogenic and osteogenic lineages.
Lifeline® Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells are characterized by flow cytometry to ensure the proper expression of multiple markers of mesenchymal stem cells. They are uniformly positive for CD29, CD44, CD73, CD90, CD105, and CD166. They are uniformly negative for CD14, CD31, CD34, and CD45.
Lifeline® Normal Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells-Adult are derived from adipose tissue and isolated from adult lipoaspirate. Lifeline® Normal Human Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells are isolated from Bone Marrow aspirate.
